In March 2016, we established our business. A random event that brought like minds together with a shared vision for change.
Although from different industries, we recognised the value in bringing together many years of learnings in the recruitment industry and growing and leading teams of project and change managers. We shared a common point of view and a desire to make a difference.
Recognition for the Talent that delivers the work and valuing their contribution – this was a rare concept in recruitment and talent. Supporting careers. Enabling others to achieve their aspirations. Doing the right thing. Paying it forward and valuing integrity.
Six months later 3pChange was born and has delivered a number of projects, and change initiatives and have supported organisations to achieve business strategies or just raise their game every day.
